Video Voter and The City of Santa Monica have been partners since 1996 working together create innovative and informative voter information programming.
Over the years this partnership has consistently delivered award winning programming with segments including candidate interviews, candidate statements and candidate forums. Video Voter and Santa Monica City TV have worked hard to both push the envelope with new formats as well as improve upon the previous years programming. One important improvement was made by including Santa Monica citizens in the Video Voter process.
In 2004 questions City TV took to the streets to ask Santa Monica citizens for the questions which were later rolled into the live interactive. Santa Monica has also worked hard to market their programming in innovative ways including placing signs on buses and on street banners.
Our longstanding relationship with Santa Monica has allowed Video Voter to constantly improve our program.
